Very few coins minted in Silver have ever been .9999, the best were .999 and still are a very fine value based on the Silver content.  The engravings are some of the best seen on Canadian specimens.  If the coins were sent directly from the Royal Canadian Mint to either NGC or PCGS to be graded many would come back certified Mint State 69 or better yet MS-70.  Each of these two certifications represent the highest that can be awarded.  The higher the award the more value added to the coin.  It pays to own the best especially when seated next to the average coin.  Try doing just that, you will be amazed!  The RCM does not place the coin in an AIR-TITE #39 ACRYLIC HOLDER, but we do!
